once in a while you come across a movie that affects you, makes you think and reflect, feel giddy, and want to be in love all at the same time. it’s not a love story, it’s a story about love. i think more than anything else, it is a story of moving on. of crashing and burning and finding the will to stand up. here are some things i picked up from this brilliant quirky little film, my favorite so far this year.
—
1. some boys overanalyze and fret over the girl they’re crazy about like girls do.
2. expectations are different from reality.
3. just because everything seems fine doesn’t mean that things are actually fine.
4. finding love is not coincidence but fate. sometimes, not just on our favor.
5. greeting cards merely let us off the hook from telling someone what we can’t say.

6. when a boy nails the girl of his dream, he really feels like dancing.
7. we find it difficult to move on because we only focus on the good stuff.
8. when things don’t work out, it doesn’t always mean there’s something wrong with both parties. sometimes two people are just wrong for each other.
9. just when you think you’re fine, he/she comes along and you’re back to where you began, desperately hoping the next time would be right.
10.even if a boy is endearingly sweet and has the most dreamy eyes, there’s a chance that you might not fall for him and you can’t do anything about it.
